If you've ever considered selling your business to your employees, the Ohio Employee Ownership Center may be of interest. It assists employees interested in buying their companies, and owners looking to sell to employees.
Just yesterday the Center was awarded a grant from the Ford Foundation, allowing it to expand its work. Small businesses can be hard to sell. In some situations, especially with unique businesses, selling the business to employees may be the only viable exit strategy. |
